“Very impressive lens that adds to a number of aspects to my photography. I purchased it for astrophotography which I quickly tried out and I was blown away by the results with little effort. Another aspect is that I used it inside my home without any flash, and due to the wide aperture the results were impressive. It has razor sharp focus and the Auto Focus is very good too. The focus ring for MF feels just right, nice and smooth/slick. The lens itself has a bit of weight to it, but I like that, it gives me a better sense of purpose when holding and aiming. It meets my personal needs perfectly. Overall I recommend it. This is the second Sigma lens I have purchased and it won’t be the last.”
