“I initially purchased Rolling Pils from a local retailer in Carlisle around April 2022, and immediately thought it an exceptionally good lager, although quite lively when opening a can (so you had to be quick to get it into a glass to avoid spillage). The local retailer ran out of the Rolling Pils, so I looked online to order direct, only to find it was out of stock. I asked to be informed when it was back in stock and duly placed an order when I got notification. The order arrived quickly, but the lager is significantly different in taste to the previous version, and for me, not nearly as good. Either a change in recipe or ingredients are of a different specification or quality. It’s not terrible, but I regret I won’t order this again.”
