“I recently switched from another multi-vitamin and separate Biotin capsules to these and now I can't recommend them enough. Even after just a month, I'm sleeping better, waking up with more energy, my hair and skin look and feel better, my energy levels are stable throughout the day and I'm having less low mood dips. These are really wonderful especially if you've been struggling with the notorious ups and downs of perimenopause symptoms, however my Mum (71) also takes them and now swears by them too.
