“I’ve been taking this for the past year and 2 months. It really does help and work. I ran out for a couple of days at the end of last year. For a couple of days I really noticed the difference in my mood and well being when not taking these. Which just proves they really do have an effect. Calmer and more alert at the same time. Can’t explain this. Just can’t be without then now”
