“Second time trying Ashwagandha, I had a reaction to the first brand. I came off anti-depressants Winter 2021 & since being trying to find natural supplements to help anxiety, and buffer stress. I've been taking these for a month & they've been working really well for me. I'm really pleased with them. However I disagree with taking them everyday every month. Its not a good idea to chronically buffer cortisol; I don't want to become reliant on AG and have extended emotional numbness-sense. Our bodies need a little healthy stress. I will be cycling AG, four weeks on and four weeks off.”

“I really feel like this makes a difference. I tried a competitor product years ago, but the Wild Nutrition blend is stronger, and after a period of chronic stress having it on subscription so I don’t forget to order more is a life saver. I really notice a difference when I don’t take it. I feel like I relax more and it helps with my nightmares. The lovely bottles also look attractive on my nightstand, which I realise isn’t the main point but it all adds up to help make self care more manageable and pleasant during a difficult time!”
