“I have this product on subscription as better value. Easy to manage subscription. Higher amount of ashwagandha than other brands. The product helps with my energy and emotions - keeping them more level and less like a yo-yo! The research I have done suggests the combination of ashwagandha and magnesium works well. And,hey we all tend to lack magnesium in our diets so it's a bonus with this product!”

I take 2 capsules before I sleep, and I can honestly say my sleep has been uninterrupted, I genuinely feel the quality of my sleep is significantly better. I wake up feeling rejuvenated, with little to no anxiety. I am also noticing positive muscle growth. My understanding is that it may be best to cycle this supplement: for example, a month or two on, and then take a month off.”
