“Half way through my first supply. I took it slow, only taking 1 a day to start with as I have an underactive thyroid. I am now up to 2 a day. My sleep has been great, with the magnesium too. That means I wake but I can then go back to sleep which is usually a big problem for me. That'srobably the main noticeable change so far.”

“I have nearly finished my first 30 days and I can honestly say my sleep is better than it’s been in years. I still feel anxious as my life at the moment is rather stressful but I am noticing I am a little calmer.
