“These have been a game changer for me. I had been suffering from (very) low energy levels associated with my monthly cycle for years. I could have up to two weeks with very low mood, zero energy/motivation and just general apathy, which was becoming unbearable. I'm wary of 'drugs' and straying from natural approaches so Wild Nutrition seemed like an attractive choice. I have honestly been blown away by the difference. I used to be good for nothing after 6pm but am now able to carry on until at least 9pm with increased energy. My mood has improved and PMS symptoms have greatly reduced. I am generally more motivated and my brain fog is very much improved. If I forget my pills I can notice straight away, so it's not a placebo! I would recommend these to anyone suffering from similar symptoms to mine.”
