“In my previous two pregnancies I have struggled with sluggish digestion, constipation, bloating, and various other not-so-nice side effects relating to digestion. I decided to take these probiotics during this 3rd pregnancy to see if things could be better for me this time around. I take first thing in the morning along with some psyllium husk and other pregnancy vitamins, and after 30 weeks I’m happy to report my digestion has been a completely different story this time. No bloat, and everything has been working as it should for the most part. I definitely recommend these probiotics and plan on continuing to take them into the 4th trimester. Even my husband has noticed a difference!”
