“Oh my god, this supplement is something else. My cycle has been hit and miss for a while now and I’ve been plagued with awful PMS, bloating, sore swollen boobs for two weeks every month. I expected there maybe to be a slight improvement after a few months of taking this, but wow. I saw a huge improvement within the first month of taking this supplement, with none of the usual PMS that I had come to dread. After two months, I have returned to a standard cycle length and still none of the awful PMS I’d suffered with previously. I usually take reviews like this with a pinch of salt, cautious that everyone seems to be an ‘influencer’ these days and getting things for free. As a 40 year old woman, resigned to awful PMS each month, I cannot recommend this supplement enough. It’s honestly been life changing for me, with the monthly subscription option meaning a new pouch arrives automatically so I never run out.”

“Premenstrual support is amazing. This was bought for my teenage daughter who struggles with pain and nausea during her period. It was getting so bad that she was regularly missing days at college and no pain medication, even prescribed from the GP, helped her. After 2 months of taking this there is a remarkable difference. Her nausea is only there on day 1 of her period, the discomfort is controlled with just paracetamol and she hasn’t missed any days at college. This product has changed everything for her and I couldn’t recommend it more.”
