“With any supplement, I feel it's hard to definitely state any improvements, without my blood being monitored. However, I was told by my doctor that I was lacking iron, and since taking these I do seem to have more energy, and I haven't caught any of the winter viruses or flus either. It has only been a month or so since I started taking these iron supplements, but I'm interested to see if there are more noticeable changes in the future.”
