“Really feeling the benefit of these. I’m sleeping so much better and far less anxious. I take them at night time, about half an hour before I head up to bed. The jar itself is really attractive and I love that the refill packets are recyclable. I’ve been recommending these to everyone!”

“This product has stopped working for me & I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 4 months! It's impossible! I now have a cupboard half full of magnesium”
