“After 3 months of use, I could feel no palpable difference. I think 3 months is more than a fair amount of time to give something a chance. It's hardly the cheapest magnesium supplement on the market, and I felt I had wasted my money. Also, perhaps because it is "food grown" but doesn't specify what kind of Magnesium it is, such as glycinate, etc., that is supposed to have specific effects. Some are more for cramps, others for sleep etc So, all in all I didn't know what exactly I was getting and in what strength and felt no improvement except that I was getting cramps which I might have been getting before - I can't vouch for that for sure but it certainly didn't stop muscle cramps in my calves and feet. So, it either did nothing or worst case scenario made it worse.”
