“I've been using endo-support for about a year now, about 2 months before laparoscopic surgery for endo and then consistently afterwards, I believe the surgery would have been more difficult had I not started these when I did. I also believe that although surgery did a world of good, these supplements are the reason I no longer suffer with anemia, and why my periods are no longer unbearably painful and heavy. I like to take the three supplements spread out throughout the day, I don't have to worry about taking these with food, I no longer need to dose up on painkillers for PMS, I can get by on a couple of doses of ibuprofen on the worst day and a couple of hours with hot water bottle and not have to plan every single part of my life around my period. Thank you Wild Nutrition, thanks to your commitment to producing such great products, you've changed my life! I've recommended the Men's daily multi nutrient to my partner, he's excited to try these out! I'll be getting all of my supplements here from now on.”

“I have dealt with excruciating periods and horrendous endo symptoms since I was 12, being officially diagnosed at 20. I have tried countless supplements, medications, various massage therapies, diets, everything you can think of. Hands down, this is the only product that has consistently helped me. I find my periods are consistently on time, it hasn’t helped so much with the heaviness, however my periods are definitely shorter (around 4 days instead of 7), my cramps are substantially more manageable (the only thing that got rid of my cramps before using this was tramadol, now I can use ibuprofen and anadin most days). My ovulation pain is also substantially better, where before at times it could be incredibly painful, now I either don’t notice it or it’s very mild. A year ago I had surgery and that made my periods horrendous (common side effect from anaesthetic), I restarted this supplement and within 2/3 months, my periods are back to being manageable. I would highly recommend this to anyone dealing with endo or very heavy or painful periods, but you need to give it a few months to really work.”

“I was sceptical that a multivitamin could really help with symptoms of endometriosis but I decided to give it a try. I have been using this for about 6 weeks now and I have noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels. The fatigue from endometriosis is debilitating but I have found I am not as tired at the end of a busy day now. I have also noticed my hormonal skin flare ups seem to have reduced. This is a great product and I think it’s made an improvement to my day to day life!”

“I only started using this product less than a month ago. I don't have endometriosis, but I decided to give it a go anyway, as I noticed changes in my periods. They have become very weak over the past year and my fear was that they could completely disappear due to stress and hormonal imbalance. I just got my period a couple of days ago and the change is impressive! I haven't had a period like this since I was a teenager (and that was a long time ago)! I haven't made any other changes in my life, so would definitely say it's down to this product - absolutely brilliant.”

“I was booked in for a laparoscopy as my endometriosis pain was very bad after stopping breast feeding. I thought I would try these before just to see if they worked but not expecting much. After a month my endo pain went- I’ve been on these 8 months now. I’ve had no endo pain at all and I’ve cancelled the laparoscopy. I can’t believe how much better I feel and now I realise what it’s like to have a normal period and a monthly cycle. They really have been life changing, I’m hoping they continue to have an effect!”

“My daughter was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis three months ago and has been taking the Endo-Support and Zinc capsules since her diagnosis. Her constant abdominal pain has gone from a 10/10 (where 10 is the most unbearable excruciating pain) to a variable 2-4/10. The pain is still constant, but it has reduced quite significantly. Getting the diagnosis has been a major blow for such a young girl, but these capsules are helping to give my daughter her life back, along with making dietary changes to help reduce the inflammation in her body, as advised by one of your Nutritionists.
