“Overall, I like these prenatal vitamins. The pills are nutritionally balanced, easy to swallow and can be taken on an empty stomach. They definitely don't prevent morning sickness though, not that they claim to. However, I bought this brand as I had had them recommended to me as those taking them managed to avoid morning sickness. Probably just luck of the draw. Only downside is that they are quite expensive for what they are.”

“I have used food grown pregnancy the whole way through my pregnancy and now after for the next 3 months my energy levels have been great the whole way through and all my levels for iron stayed high throughout pregnancy and labour. Would definitely recommend this product.”
