“I have been taking this since about 3 months pregnant, I’m now 3 days overdue (). I have had a great pregnancy, no issues at all. I have also had extremely strong iron levels throughout, so much so my midwife actually commented on how my iron levels have increased. Can’t say it’s for sure from this supplement but it likely is, I don’t eat a particularly iron rich diet. They are expensive granted but if you can afford it, I think these are some of the best supplements out there and I plan on using the breastfeeding support too once I give birth.”

“I have been taking this since about 5 months pregnant with my second child. It's hard to know for sure how much it helps, but it certainly feels good to know I'm supporting my body and my baby in the best way I can. I only took the basic Vitamin D with my first pregnancy and despite having an active 2 year old, I feel I've got more energy despite struggling with insomnia! I've felt really good for most of my pregnancy, only really suffering from a little heartburn and sciatica. I will be breastfeeding and plan on continuing to take these to support me and baby!”

“Currently still early in my pregnancy, coming up to the end of the first trimester. But feel so pleased to have been taking these from the start, knowing I'm taking great quality vitamins. The only negative I could say, is having to take 3 feels a lot sometimes! Particularly when the nausea is really strong, I wished it was only one. I took pregnacare with my previous two pregnancies, this is baby #3 and I'm hoping that taking these throughout the rest of my pregancy and post partum will give me the energy I need to keep up with my two toddlers! The packaging and bottle design is beautiful, and I love that the jar is refillable. Overall from my experience so far, I'd recommend!”

“No issue with these; but haven’t really noticed a difference compared to other supplements so probably not worth the expensive price tag. Customer service does need some improvement, I asked to amend my order twice and was told it had been but I was still sent the wrong supplements and now i’m being told I have to pay p+p for the return :/”

“The supplement is great, it's the only food grown one I could find for pregnancy and I really like that you get refillable pouches each month rather than lots of new jars! The downside is having to take 3 capsules everyday. They're quite big and can be a bit hard to stomach!”

“Can't fault the content of these tablets, it covers all bases! Although the taste is absolutely foul, they can be quite difficult to get three down when you already feel sick... But I'll perceiver for the sake of the content and quality!”
