“I’m really pleased with these. I’ve been taking pregnancy supplements for over 5 years as I continued to take them during breastfeeding and my second pregnancy. I’ve had 2 other brands that are ethical and food source, I always use food source vitamins as my digestive system is very delicate and inefficient, these wild nutrition pregnancy supplements are even better. I take them alongside the breastfeeding supplements and omega. I also take the immune support OR b complex for a week or two as and when I feel I need it. I have various health issues and as a result suffer from vitamin and Mineral deficiencies but since taking the wild nutrition supplements for around 18 months I haven’t had a single deficiency! My gastroenterologist and dietician are really impressed and surprised. I’ve struggled with anaemia my entire adult life, even after iron drips and blood transfusions my body can’t seem to keep my haemaglobin levels consistent but my most recently blood test was the highest it’s ever been and I’m breastfeeding two kids! I’m really pleased, and relieved. I feel I can worry just a tiny bit less! I recommend these to anyone I know that’s pregnant and explain the difference between folate and folic acid, food source and synthetic. It’s surprising how many people don’t know the differences and make the switch once they’re informed!”
