Thank you for sharing this experience, Anna. I'm happy to say that if they are too large for your daughter to swallow, our capsules can be pulled apart. The powder can then be added to any cold drink or food, yoghurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies work well. But any cold/warm drink or food is great. I hope this helps! “I got this for my 11 year old in preparation for her going into some big changes very soon. She has taken it for a few months - haven’t seen any changes in her mood but I feel better knowing these are filling a gap in her nutrients as she can be a picky eater.”
