“I really really wanted this to be a hit with my children! Sadly the capsules are too big for them to swallow. We tried opening the capsules up over a mouthful of their porridge / in their milk but sadly this didn’t work either as my children found the taste too horrid. Please please please can you develop a children’s full vitamin (not just vitamin d) in a gummy?? Thanks”

Hello Jumaana, We are so sorry to hear that your children have found it difficult to swallow the capsules. The capsules can be pulled apart and the powder can then be added to any cold drink or food, yoghurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies also work well. Alternatively, we recommend adding the powder to a spoon with the food of your choice. This is especially important if giving the contents of a capsule to a child, where you would want to make sure they get the full dose. Our nutrition team are also always on hand to answer any queries regarding products via our 'Book a Video Appointment' section on the website. We are very sorry for any confusion caused. “I have been using these for a couple of months now, I empty the capsules into a little fresh orange every morning. It is reassuring to know that Wild Nutrition is backed by science, and uses natural, quality ingredients. Also a huge plus for me is that they strive to balance profit with purpose and are a Certified B Corp company!! I like that I can buy them on a monthly subscription, so I don't accidently run out. I did deduct one star as the price is a little higher than I would like but, with that said I guess it is worth it for the quality and ethics of Wild Nutrition.”

“My children have no problem taking these multi vits and I take the pregnancy supplements for myself so know they are giving them goodness esp my picky eaters! I just wish they were a little less expensive.”

“I have bought these for my children. My 5 year old daughter used to have a blocked nose for months on end non-stop and she easily would get a cold. With this multivitamin I can finally see a change. I have tried so many other multivitamins before - natural ones with great reviews, but only wild nutrition has worked for my daughter. It does get pricey, especially if you have a big family, but it is the only one that has worked so far, so it is worth it.”
