“I thought I read somewhere to take these a few hours before bedtime - but now I see it states it doesn't matter when you take them. Oh well I'm taking these before bedtime and I must say they've CHANGED MY LIFE as to getting a decent night's sleep! “Very happy so far did post a review the other day but just had a notification to say my order has been sent but I’ve only got 3 days left so if it takes 3-5 days to get here potentially I’m going to be without for two days, vitamins work when you take them consistently not taking for a couple of days isn’t ideal! Think these need to be dispatched earlier so people don’t run out otherwise happy”

“I really feel so much better going to sleep. I've been very ill since a serious injury in March and was given antidepressants and strong sleeping tablets. Ive not taken these since early July and taken this instead- two tablets a night. I haven't ever slept better and feel a huge difference in myself. Thank you cx”
