I had been taking a high street brand of magnesium supplements which helped a bit, but not particularly well, so I thought I'd try Wild Nutrition's Food-Grown variety. “One my friends who is a nutritionist and suggested that I may be low on Magensium. Through Google search I discovered Wild Nutirition and ordered the Magnesium and 2 other supplements. “I recently spoke to a friend who also happens to be a nutritionist (bonus points!), about an ongoing problem I have had had with terrible period cramps. She recommended Wild Nutrition Magnesium as she explained the vitamins and minerals are absorbed so much more effectively as they're derived from food, and this should help relax the muscles that were causing the cramps without taking medication that could have an effect on my hormones. I have been taking them a week before my period is due and it has worked wonders - after so many failed attempts. It's reasonably priced and the tablets are small and easier to swallow. I would definitely recommend :) Thank you Wild Nutrition!”
