“Have been looking for plant based vitamins for a long time. These Magnesium tablets gave me my first good nights sleep in a long time. I take one in the morning and 1 in the evening. Would recommend this product, it's very good and effective.”

“I suffer from twitchy muscles at night having done quite a lot of exercise during the day. I had been taking a high street brand of magnesium supplements which helped a bit, but not particularly well, so I thought I'd try Wild Nutrition's Food-Grown variety. I am pleased to say that they much better- I am looking forward to many more relaxing nights!”
