“I bought this product after having years of bad sleep. I wasn't expecting much, after exhausting trialling various sleeping pills with no joy. I started taking the Magnesium and was surprised on the very first day of taking it that I felt relaxed and fell asleep easily AND slept all night. I thought surely must be a fluke, but a month on and I'm sleeping the best I ever have. Can highly recommend it to anyone in need of a good nights sleep! it's the best £16.50 i have ever spent! As a result of sleeping better, I have more energy and more concentration. I also suffer from anxiety and believe this has also helped with this too.”
