“I was recommended to Wild Nutrition supplements by a female Doctor at our local GP practice's Well Woman clinic. In a world of overly marketed magic fixes, charlatans & snake oil it was a positive event for me to be recommended by a qualified GP and to feel the benefit in the 1st month of taking Wild Nutrition. I love the science behind it, it works! I am in my mid-50s, have ADHD and am experiencing debilitating menopausal symptoms that impact on my every day. I am also on a mid-strength HRT patch. My sleep has been broken for years, I overthink, struggle to focus and I need to be on top of my game as my work is running my own business with staff and clients. I was recommended Magnesium and to take advantage of the free consultation that is offered by Wild Nutrition, which I did and I spoke with Helen.
