“I have problems with sleep and anxiety and started taking this supplement in May. I've noticed a great improvement to my sleep and feel generally just so much more calm and buoyant which has helped with my anxiety. I also like that the packaging is completely recyclable - would 100% recommend.”

“I started taking these towards the end of my pregnancy to help with leg cramps. I can't say there was a significant difference but overall I think they contributed to my well being (and my good sleep). I like that these are food based and derived from healthy bacteria.”

Hi Lindsey, Our Magnesium does not cause digestive upset or more frequent bowel movements because we don't use synthetic magnesium, which is known to create than unwanted effect in the gut. You are more than welcome to have a refund for the product if it does not suit you. We have never had any other customers have an unwanted digestive issue with our Magnesium.
