“I have been taking this magnesium for over 6 months now and can honestly say it really does help me sleep better. I stopped taking it for a little while and could really tell the difference. I have tried other magnesium supplements and have not been able to tolerate them as my digestive system is very sensitive. I also like that you can unscrew the capsules and take it in water like a powder. Fantastic product!”
