“I’m just moving into my second cycle taking these supplements and my goodness have I seen a complete difference in such a short amount of time. Before taking these I have struggled with PMDD for 10 years. Month after month with my emotions being unmanageable. I would get overwhelmed, hot and agitated, tearful, very self critical, clumsy… I could go on. These tablets have soothed me no end! I feel relieved I have found something which has helped! I am now on a subscription and receive 60 tablets monthly (2 a day all through my cycle). All I can say is I hope the effects of these tablets never wear off”

“This product has been nothing short of a miracle for me; I had really awful PMDD for years and the only thing the doctors every suggested was the contraceptive pill or anti depressants for it, neither of which I wanted to take. I started researching holistic remedies and came across this which seemed ideal for my concerns. WELL, even within the first month my PMDD/PMS symptoms were hugely reduced and in the 4 or so months since, I have felt really like a different person every month; much much calmer and able to cope. Anger never reaches anything more than a 3/10 whereas it used to be 10/10 for 5 solid days before my period, which would be so destructive for my life! The only slight negative, and I haven’t proved this, is I seem to have stronger BO on these, a strange smell in my armpits but I am sensitive so maybe it’s a herb in the blend or maybe it’s just my hormones. Either way I’d take it over feeling genuinely insane for a week every month!”

“I’m actually shocked at the effect of these supplements. For around two years I’ve suffered from panicky anxiety and dread at a particular point in my cycle, and upper abdominal discomfort. The gp couldn’t recommend anything, but a nutritionist friend suggested it could be a drop in progesterone. I’ve taken these for a month, so early days, but for the first time in two years, I had no anxiety or abdominal discomfort. I just felt normal up until my period, with a bit of pre menstrual irritation. I can’t quite believe that after really struggling for two years, a simple supplement could sort it out in this way. “I have been taking this supplement for 3 months now and without sounding dramatic it has changed my life. I have been struggling for a long time with extremely heavy, painful periods due to Endometriosis, along with menstrual migraines. I also came off the pill three years ago. I had tried so many supplements and endlessly taking pain relief, and was feeling so deflated that nothing seemed to make a difference. After seeing Wild Nutrition crop up on instagram a few times, and wanting to take something that was more natural, I decided to give it a go! “I don’t normally leave reviews but this product is amazing. For context, I’m in amenorrhea recovery and have been struggling with hormone imbalance for about a year which has given me really bad PMS, heavy periods etc. I’ve been taking this supplement for a month and I can’t believe how much it has helped! This period has been pain free, my PMS has improved dramatically, I haven’t had such bad water retention, and my cycle and period length are more regulated (been a bit all over the place in recovery). My periods feel like they have returned to normal. Would really recommend this product - it’s so good.”
