“So happy with this product! I started taking them a couple of months before starting to try for a baby and my husband was taking the men’s version. “I have (genuinely) never written a review for a product before, but after 4 months of trying for a baby at 41 I was keen to give these a chance before going down the IVF route. Delighted to say I had a positive pregnancy test this week and I have now just ordered the pregnancy supplements. I have experienced no side effects from taking these, and feel so much better. The tablets are quite large, but no larger than others I had been taking. I love that there's no binders, sugars etc added to these. Will be buying again!”

The capsule contents can be added to cold drink or food. Yogurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies work well. But any cold/warm drink or food is acceptable.
