“Great supplement, been taking this for a few months now and have noticed a great improvement on my health. B12 is a necessity for me as I am now eating a plant based diet and without B12 I would certainly have a few problems. I also take other supplements from Wild Nutrition and find them very beneficial too. I love the subscription idea as you never run out and their awards scheme is great for discount on future orders. “These are fantastic. I love the food grown products and the plastic free packaging. I take these alongside the immune support, vitamin d, iron and multi vitamin and am feeling much healthier and energetic after just a couple of months, although I did start to notice benefits after just a couple of weeks. Dear Gerard, Thank you so much for reaching out, we are sorry to hear that you feel you overspent. Our Vitamin B12 is very different from most supplement brands on the market. We only use a food source B12 (most market sources are synthetic) and we specifically have produced a Vitamin B12 in the most biologically active forms - methylcobalamin and deoxyadenosylcobalamin. Most versions on the market use cyanocobalamin - which is much cheaper to produce but it's much harder for the body to use since it will need to convert it into the active forms. In fact, some people cannot absorb a non-active form such as cyanocobalamin at all, due to genetic variations in nutrient metabolism. We also never use fillers and binders like some brands do. By using a very pure and active form of Vitamin B12, you also do not need to use such a high dose, which is why ours is 500ug.
