“I am finding taking Food-Grown Vitamin B12 capsules for only just over a week now has started to make a difference to the dip in energy levels I have been feeling. Having low immunity my energy levels can fluctuate, but I have found I am not having the mid afternoon tiredness I was. I’m so pleased. Depending on the daily dose, the quantity of the capsules will then differ depending on the product with a minimum of 30 capsules included. “The product is great. However, the company claims to have green environmental packaging credentials yet the large bottle could be used to hold 5 times the number of pills. Saving packaging and delivery. Please at least start selling a 90 capsule option if you really want to be green.”
