“I’ve taken a lot of different iron supplements- ferrous funarate pills/ sachets/ sprays- and really feel like these are making the most difference. I take them first thing on an empty stomach and not had any discomfort. I have definitely felt I have more energy and have more colour under my eyes which is a telltale sign when low on iron.”

“I was advised I had low iron by my doctor after getting palpitations. They prescribed me iron tablets which I was reluctant to take due the potential side effects. I found Wild Nutrition online searching for an alternative more natural approach & had a consultation with Lorna who was very informative and gave some great advice. I initially took 3x supplements for the first month as advised in my consultation with Lorna & then reduced to 1x a day. Lorna also recommended the B Complex plus would I also highly recommend for energy. The supplements stopped my palpitations with no side effects . The supplements are great as you can take anytime of the day (without a meal). The aftercare and service you receive from Wild Nutrition is wonderful.
