“Hi, I've not been getting migraines and my hair seems to be fuller and healthier. I have also stopped drinking coffee which could also have helped. I would recommend taking this supplement with a meal, as I did have a wee bit of nausea when taking it on empty stomach. But overall I am really happy with it.”

“Love this product, I continually have issues with low iron and am glad to have this as part of my daily supplements. I now know that I'll be getting the correct amount of iron every day and with it coming with vitamin C it is much easier for the body to absorb it. It is extremely gentle on the stomach as well.”

“This does work and has given me more energy. I haven’t taken it for very long but I’m going to continue taking it and I’m hoping I’ll feel better and better as I have low iron, and I hate prescription iron. It’s a good price for a product that does work .”

“The only iron preparation that has not caused me an upset tummy or constipation! Having a blood test soon and really hope to see improved ferritin levels - I do feel more alive with these, less tired and more alertness, so hopefully that shows in the markets !”
