“I am going through peri-menopause since last 15 months. I did not wish to go on HRT, so I research into natural food supplement to heal and aid with unavoidable eventual mid-lifestyle. I had experienced night sweating for about 4 weeks 15 months ago. I found this supplement on wild nutrition to contain "Dong Qui" which is traditional Chinese herbal supplement which I took when I was younger, an oriental staple for ladies. Having read lots of literature on Menopause and coping with it, I decided to go the natural way. Now that I have taken it for 12 months, I have not experienced night sweating or hot flushes anymore. I have also taken adrenal support supplement to boost my B-complex to strengthen my adrenal gland into the future for my wholistic well being. It has worked for me personally. “I bought this remedy because I ran out of my HRT due to a supplier issue. Initially I felt better than when I was on the HRT because my fibroid and breast ache went. Then as the weeks progressed I got more and more tired because my sleep pattern went haywire. Gradually the hot flush on getting into bed came back and the night sweat at 2am came back, but nowhere near as intense as before. I have read up on the ingredients and all are highly rated for menopause. I will try one more month's supply, maybe upping the dose.”

“It has helped me with night sweating as I just started with perimenopause. There are some traditional herbs used in this complex, which we oriental people use for supplement throughout our life. So, my mother must be right to have incorporated them into my monthly health care all those years ago. Since I could not find those herbs sold in UK easily, this is one of the supplement that I found to have that herb to boost my adrenal gland health. Thank you and keep up the great quality!”
