“I would recommend taking this product for at least 3 months before making your mind up ! When into my 3rd month I noticed a significant decrease in hot flushes ( experiencing for 7 years ) and when I do get them there not as intense ! The only product I’ve used that makes an impact . Now been using for 5 months”

“The supplement has an excellent ingredients list, no fillers, or artificial ingredients , I have been taking this for a couple of weeks so can't say anything about the effects. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.”

“I have been taking this for a number of years since I started to get brain fog and thought I might be peri-menopausal. After a few moths the brain fog cleared and I've only had mild menopause symptoms since. I'm now almost 54, feeling great and still having regular periods. Not sure when I will reach the menopause or if my symptoms will get worse, but I genuinely feel that this supplement has been a good support along the journey.”

“I started using this product 6 months ago to try and counter some of my peri menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings and general lack of energy. I found it really helps and although I still get hot flushes they are far less acute. My energy levels are right back up and coupled with taking WN magnesium every night my sleep patterns are so much better than before. Interestingly, I stopped taking this product for a month to see if there was a difference and I really noticed it with my hot flushes returning in force, so I will definitely keep taking it. I’ve recommended it to several friends who also have had success with it.”
