“The only problem that I have with Mealworms which is out of your hands, once the order has left you, is that in hot weather on occasions the package has been in a hot van, resulting in very many of the worms being dead on arrival. You have replaced them on occasions, but would it be possible to have a larger label on them stating that Live worms please keep cool.”
