“They arrived at the very coldest part of the snowy period all bunched up but quite wriggly. I put them in a bucket with some soil and some fresh vegetable trimmings and kept them indoors overnight and by morning they had spread out over the whole bucket. I hope now they are converting my compost heap into magnificent composted soil for next spring, I live in anticipation of a fantastic result.”
