“Looks great in our garden, very pleased.
This is the second one of these I have assembled and it takes a bit longer then the two hours suggested in the description.
Top Tips not mentioned in the instructions.
1. Put down some dust sheets under where you are working. If you drop anything it falls on the sheet and doesn’t bounce away and get lost.
2. Make sure screws are lined up dead square with the holes. If you are not the screw runs off and snaps.
3. Some models have two operating arms for the louvres. If you are assembling against the side of a house or other building you need to attach them as you go otherwise you won’t get the locking pins in afterwards.
4. The ground bolts supplied with the assembly kit are only any good if you are securing into a solid concrete base. I had to use bolts secured into the ground with building resin.
5. Having said this it is quite a straight forward and relatively easy assembly. You do need at least two people.”
