“The table (requires assembly) was a bit wobbly, I dont think it was down to the assembly. Have contacted customer services but am waiting on a response.”
“When the set arrived I was pleased, however the delivery was a lot slower than expected im not sure if the product maybe went out of stock or it was just the delivery service. I had to chase the company a few times to get a response the communication could be better.”
“Initially when I ordered this set there was a small piece of damage to one of the chairs, I informed the delivery driver of this and he pointed me towards customer service. They quickly sorted out the issue and provided a new chair at no extra cost which arrived in a few days.”
