“It's meh, yes it's a full tree but getting out of the box 3 branches were snapped off and it's wonky, i don't know if the slots are too big for each section to slot into as each section is very wobbly bar the bottom which is tightened in with the bolts.. but definitely wouldn't rush to buy another”

“Really ugly, cheap tree. Looks gappy, random sticking out super long branches. Conplained to customer services who refused to help. There were tree tips in the box that had fallen off and some were hanging off and they told me this is normal and not a reason to return it unless I pay the postage which was expensive obviously due to the size of the parcel. Do not order from this company - absolutely disgusting customer service.”
