“We loved our lights and got so many compliments about them but they have randomly gone off on one part of them which are are unsure why, the other issue is the string is not very strong”
“Product was identified as faulty by White Stores. They insisted on sending a replacement transformer rather than a replacement product. When it didn’t work they insisted that we pay to send the item back for them to consider a replacement. They continued to take ages to respond to emails and the whole return process took a month (still going on). After spending over £3k with them last year we will rethink going forward.”
