“Extremely bad quality!!
Paid an electrician to come put all of my external Christmas lights up on my house and within two days; One set of lights had gone faulty.
So then I had to get a replacement set and pay more money for the electrician to take the faulty ones down and put the new ones up.
When I raised the issue with the company, they wanted to gift me with a white rattan star, that doesn’t exactly pay or compensate for the extra money I have had to pay for the electrician due to the company is pure quality lights go in faulty.
Terrible customer service.”

“Really good quality lights, however the "Cool White" has quite a strong blue tinge which isn't really the look we were going for. They looked OK at first, but once they've been put up and switched on with the rest of our lights, which are cool/ice white, the blue tone is very noticeable. So if a true icy/bright/cool white is what you're wanting, I wouldn't recommend these. If you're wanting a blueish white, they'll be perfect. It's a shame as these were the exact length we needed.”
