“The 20m rainbow coloured cluster lights were a much different colour to both the photo in the description and the other rainbow sets I ordered. It looks like the wrong colour blue LEDs were used. Customer service were generally helpful, they offered a 10% refund to keep the faulty product as I had already installed them. Not great as I'll probably have to replace these next year.”
“They are great when they work, but do not last very long when used outside. The cables split very easily, so you find yourself having to replace them every year.
Over the last 3 years, I have had to replace over 10 sets, none of which last more than one season.”
