“Went to the store to see the assembled product and check the quality and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we went ahead and ordered. It was delivered within the given timeframe and we were kept updated. We did not attempt to assemble ourselves but used a local landscaper, and it took 2 young men ( first time ever a whole day to complete, despite the instructions stating approximately 2 hours for 2-3 people.”
“Ordered with a lead time and arrived within the date given. It was a couple of months till our garden was finished and we could erect the pergola. I was a little worried in case there was any damage or missing parts due the time that had passed. No fear, it was in perfect condition and all parts were present and correct. We were missing the instruction leaflet and one phone call to their Customer Service Department and it was emailed over before I’d even finished the call!
