The pergola itself is great in every way: nicely packaged for delivery, clear assembly instructions, quality materials and fixings, plus a handy tool box. I am hoping that the aluminium structure has the durabity to withstand the windy conditions over an extended period - having the 5 year warranty is at least reassuring.”

“Amazing product it took 4 people to assemble only one small issue the Allen key I used to tighten the top bolts on the roof fell into the leg so please be careful when doing this as you would have already put the bases on the legs, so mine is stuck inside lucky for us they sent a second in the box really, loving the finished product . Love the way all the pieces to put together come in its own solid storage box. Amazing value for money solid frame adding extra items to mine bit by bit so not completed yet can not wait for the finished product will look amazing and last for years”

Even the packaging was great quality everything was perfect on delivery. Setting up took a while but was expected, nice clear instructions, all the parts were nicely stored away in a box, overall really impressed.
The fire table is a great addition and looks amazing up. I have had so many complement on both the pergola and table. I had previously orderd a pergola from another company that arrived damaged twice and the 2 cannot be compared quality wise. I am so glad I found the white stores and orderd the nova titan pergola instead.”
