“The delivery driver showed up on time and were very helpful. When we upacked the box, there was some damage to the rattan weave but spoke with customer service and they handled this well.”
“Received this product today. It arrived in a large square box and very well packed indeed. Assembly was straightforward, albeit the black heavy rubber base was located at the bottom of the box totally hidden underneath a large piece of polystyrene, so make sure you check off the contents via the instruction booklet, as you may miss this integral component and end up throwing the box out, not realising it was in there. It really is a beautiful heater and we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of this product.
