“A quality, well made, beautiful tree with thick, heavily flocked, life like, branch design.
The flock doesn't drop off with every touch unlike other trees I compared it too. I had purchased 4 others from various shops before making my final choice and when this one arrived. In terms of quality and the style I wanted: minimal and plush, this tree design met the brief hands down! The tree needed very few decorations and lights, it is perfectly, beautiful in my opinion. I am very happy with the whole experience and customer service of this company. I highly recommend this product and the shop. Ordering, delivery, communication excellent!”
“For the price, I did not have high hopes, but the 5ft frosted fir is fabulous, very realistic and - once the recommended amount of 'fluffing' is completed after assembly - looks lush and just like the photograph. Quick delivery, too. Absolutely recommended! 5*”
“I was underwhelmed when I opened the box, but it looks OK when the branches are sorted. It is very easy to erect and to 'fluff' out the branches. However, I think you need the 7' version of this tree for any impact, as the style of the nobilis fir means that the 5' version looks very thin and sparse. It is probably OK for a very small room. I can't be bothered to return it as I bought it one third off but would definitely have returned it had I paid full price. The service and delivery, however, were excellent as I was updated quickly and the tree arrived within 3 days to the exact time frame even in the run-up to Christmas. Disappointed with the tree but good service from the company.”
