“I was a little disappointed with condition in which the chairs arrived. One of the chair legs had a scuff mark on the bottom where the leg had obviously been damaged in transit by the courier and clearly not been taken care of. We called the customer service department and spoke to Tyler who was extremely helpful. We had to send an image into the customer service department. 2 days later we got an email with a new order confirmation and we just took delivery of 2 replacement chairs so we would give 5 stars to the customer service department but only 2 stars for the delivery company.”
