“I have previously responded to your request to review my recent purchase and I emailed via your contact us route on your website but received no reply. This card was unusable due to the sticker you are now applying to attach the envelope - which was difficult to detach from the card and left a gluey sticky mess on the card. I was disappointed to have to throw it away and disappointed not to receive a response to my email from your company about this issue. I have taken off all the stickers from the other cards I purchased which was a nuisance to do and I do hope you will discontinue the use of stickers, otherwise I like the cards you provide very much.”
