“A very good mobility aid. Multi speeds means easy to increase speed or power when required or have it slower in the house whilst I was learning. My only complaint is that if I have limited movement, the fold out step at the bottom doesn't retract to flush meaning the user is probably an an 4-6" away from the chair when attempting to sit down which can be tricky. The solution is side access which is flush but depending on movement but I have problems turning. Given me a level of freedom I have missed fro more than a year so very happy!”

“It took me a long time to get my head around needing a wheelchair. It's a big step and it was whirling around in my head for ages before I got the nerve to go to Wheelfreedom in Chessington, where I met my advisor Kelly. She talked to me about my situation and what I needed before making a suggestion about a suitable chair and this one is pretty much perfect. I wanted a chair that didn't look 'medical' and one that would fold for easy storage. This is the least medical-looking chair I've ever seen. It's lovely and sturdy, feels very safe & secure and it's very comfortable to use. I particularly like that the arm rests lift to make getting into and out of the chair very easy and secure, especially when you're not as flexible as you once were! It's very nice to use on footpaths that may be a bit bumpy or uneven and it makes a more comfortable ride. The controls are easy to use and very responsive. Lovely small turning circle and a very quiet motor too. If there are any 'cons' about this chair, it's that it is heavy - but then if it wasn't heavy, it wouldn't feel so stable. Once you get used to it, it's easy to move when folded and easy to fold and unfold - the mechanism was a bit stiff when new but now it's fine. I'm really pleased with my chair, it does exactly what I need it to and it means I can get out and about easily and without pain. It's given me back my independence and that's priceless to me.”

“The Motion Trekker is the perfect bit of kit for someone on the move all the day, I live in London which is a great test of how good this powerchair is. It fits perfectly on London Buses and Tubes/trains etc, and I’m even able to get it onto rural buses when out of area. It’s a very agile piece of kit and handles tight corners with ease. I often get stopped and asked about my chair! I would highly recommend this model for anyone in the market, even better that it folds if you are someone like me that likes to get away.”
