Dear Shiona, Thank you for your review, any feedback we get on our service and our products is extremely valuable. Apologies that you found the Elevated Leg Rest to be faulty, all our equipment is checked and serviced before leaving our premises. Unfortunately this was overlooked on this occasion. If we were made aware that the leg rest was received as faulty we would have sent out a replacement straight away.
